Bharat2Business Platform-Wide AUP
This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of all Bharat2Business services, including the Digital
Partner, Government Scheme Discovery, Expert Network, and related features.
1. Purpose of the Platform
Bharat2Business provides:
- A Digital Partner (AI-powered guidance system)
- Government Scheme Discovery tools
- Compliance checklists and documentation workflows
- Verified Expert Network access
- Trade show and growth opportunity discovery
The Platform is designed to support Indian MSMEs in lawful business activities only.
2. Misuse of the Digital Partner
The Digital Partner provides informational guidance tailored to MSME workflows. It is not a licensed
professional advisor.
You may not:
- Use the Digital Partner to seek assistance for illegal activities
- Attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or exploit system outputs
- Prompt the Digital Partner to generate fraudulent documentation
- Upload forged or misleading government or financial information
- Use automated tools or bots to scrape or overload the system
Outputs from the Digital Partner are for informational purposes and do not constitute legal, financial,
or regulatory advice.
3. Misuse of Government Scheme Discovery
The Government Scheme Discovery feature analyzes user-provided business data to identify potential
eligibility.
You may not:
- Submit false turnover, Udyam, GST, PAN, or registration information
- Misrepresent your business profile to obtain eligibility results
- Use scheme insights to engage in subsidy fraud
- Upload manipulated documentation for government benefit applications
Bharat2Business does not guarantee approval under any scheme. Final eligibility is
determined by relevant government authorities.
4. Misuse of Verified Expert Network
When interacting with professionals through Bharat2Business:
You may not:
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate experts
- Provide false or misleading business information
- Solicit experts for unrelated commercial promotion
- Circumvent platform safeguards to conduct unauthorized off-platform transactions
Experts must comply with professional standards and platform rules.
5. Platform Integrity
You may not:
- Attempt unauthorized access to user accounts or system infrastructure
- Introduce malicious software or code
- Interfere with or degrade system performance
- Use scraping, automated querying, or abusive API calls
6. Government Affiliation Disclaimer
Bharat2Business is an independent digital platform.
We are not a government body, nor are we officially affiliated with any ministry,
department, or agency.
Government Scheme Discovery provides informational guidance only. Final decisions are made by the
respective authorities.
7. Digital Partner – AI Transparency & Responsible Use
7.1 Nature of the Digital Partner
The Bharat2Business Digital Partner is an AI-powered guidance system designed to assist Indian MSMEs with
compliance information, government scheme discovery, documentation workflows, and general business queries.
The Digital Partner:
- Provides informational guidance only
- Is not a licensed legal, financial, tax, or regulatory advisor
- Does not replace professional judgment
- Does not guarantee regulatory approval or eligibility outcomes
Users remain responsible for final business decisions.
7.2 Accuracy & Limitations
While we aim to keep the Digital Partner updated with current regulatory information:
- Laws and policies may change without notice
- Outputs may contain inaccuracies or outdated interpretations
- Government authorities have final decision-making authority
- Users should verify critical information before taking legal or financial action
7.3 Responsible AI Usage
Users agree not to:
- Attempt to manipulate AI outputs for fraudulent activity
- Use AI-generated guidance to mislead authorities
- Upload unauthorized third-party personal data
- Attempt reverse engineering or system exploitation
We may monitor AI usage patterns to detect abuse or security risks.
8. Expert Code of Conduct
All experts participating in the Bharat2Business platform agree to adhere to the following standards:
8.1 Professional Integrity
Experts must:
- Provide accurate, honest, and lawful guidance
- Maintain required professional certifications (where applicable)
- Avoid conflicts of interest
- Disclose relevant limitations in their advice
8.2 Transparency & Fair Dealing
Experts must:
- Provide clear pricing before engagement
- Avoid misleading claims or guarantees
- Refrain from off-platform coercion or unauthorized solicitation
8.3 Confidentiality
Experts must:
- Maintain confidentiality of MSME data
- Use business information solely for engagement purposes
- Comply with applicable data protection laws
Violation of this Code may result in suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.
9. Data Protection & DPDP Act Compliance
Bharat2Business processes personal and business data in accordance with:
- The Information Technology Act, 2000
- The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act)
- Applicable Indian data protection regulations
9.1 Lawful Processing
We process data only for:
- Delivering platform services
- Scheme eligibility analysis
- Expert matching
- Compliance assistance
- Security and fraud prevention
9.2 User Rights Under DPDP
Subject to applicable law, users may:
- Request access to personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request erasure of personal data
- Withdraw consent where applicable

9.3 Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data from unauthorized
access, misuse, or disclosure.
No digital system can guarantee absolute security.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Bharat2Business provides services on an "as available" basis
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
- We are not responsible for government approval outcomes
- We are not responsible for actions taken by users based on platform guidance
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for services in the preceding
12 months.
11. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
11.1 Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
11.2 Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform shall be resolved through:
- Good-faith negotiation first
- Failing resolution, binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,
1996
The seat of arbitration shall be Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Proceedings shall be conducted in English.
11.3 Jurisdiction
Subject to arbitration provisions, courts in Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive
jurisdiction.
12. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy periodically to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
