Terms of Service – MSME Users

Effective Date: August 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bharat2Business platform ("Platform"), including the Digital Partner (AI assistant), Government Scheme Discovery, Verified Expert Network, and related services.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to represent your business
• Provide accurate and lawful business information

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Services Provided

Bharat2Business provides:

• Digital Partner (AI-powered guidance)
• Government Scheme Discovery
• Compliance tools and checklists
• Verified Expert access
• Trade show discovery

The Platform provides informational and facilitative services only.

We do not act as a licensed advisor or government authority.

3. Digital Partner (AI Assistant)

The Digital Partner:

• Provides informational guidance only
• Does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice
• May have limitations or inaccuracies

We may offer:

• A limited number of free queries
• Reduced-capability access for free users
• Paid credit-based premium access

We reserve the right to modify free tier limits and pricing at any time.

3.1 Escalation to a Verified Expert

Where the Digital Partner determines that your query would benefit from human expertise, it will ask, within the app, whether you would like to be connected to a Verified Expert. If you agree, you will be matched with a suitable Expert from the network. You may also independently browse and connect with a Verified Expert at any time using the separate "Find an Expert" option in the app, without going through the Digital Partner first.

Escalation and matching are offered as a convenience. Bharat2Business does not guarantee that a Verified Expert will be available at any given time.

4. Fees & Payments

4.1 Platform Usage

Some services may be free. Others may require:

• Credit purchases
• Pay-per-use fees
• Subscription access (if introduced later)

All applicable fees will be displayed before purchase.

4.2 Expert Engagement Fees

When engaging an expert:

• Standard services will follow a published rate card
• Custom services may be quoted by the expert
• Payment must be made through the Platform
• Bharat2Business may charge a platform fee included in the total price

All payments are subject to applicable taxes.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We do not guarantee:

• Government scheme approval
• Loan sanction
• Regulatory clearance
• Business success

All final decisions are made by respective authorities or independent experts.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Provide false business information
• Use the Platform for unlawful activities
• Upload forged documents
• Misuse expert services
• Attempt to manipulate scheme eligibility

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, branding, AI systems, and materials are owned by Bharat2Business.

You may not:

• Copy or redistribute content
• Reverse engineer the Digital Partner
• Resell Platform access

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Fraudulent activity
• Non-payment
• Abuse of experts
• Violation of these Terms

You may terminate your account at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Services are provided "as available"
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for expert conduct beyond reasonable platform controls
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Bharat2Business against claims arising from:

• Your misuse of the Platform
• Your violation of laws
• Your misrepresentation of business information

11. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Disputes shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation
• Binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996

Seat of arbitration: Pune, Maharashtra, India.

12. Modifications

We may modify these Terms periodically.

Continued use constitutes acceptance.
